Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeployRamp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DeployRamp is an AI-native feature flag management platform that automates the full lifecycle of feature flags for risky code changes. The service works as follows:

  1. DeployRamp integrates with your Git hosting provider (GitHub via GitHub App, GitLab, or Bitbucket) and monitors pull requests for risky code changes using AI-powered diff analysis.
  2. When a risky change is detected, a DeployRamp coding agent automatically wraps the affected code in a feature flag—with a safe fallback path and built-in tracing—and pushes a commit directly to your pull request branch.
  3. Once the flagged code is deployed, DeployRamp manages the rollout automatically: starting at a small percentage of traffic, ramping up incrementally, and pausing or rolling back the rollout if error thresholds are exceeded—no redeploy required.
  4. When a rollout completes successfully, DeployRamp opens a cleanup pull request to remove the feature flag scaffolding from your codebase, preventing flag debt.

The service includes: a web dashboard for monitoring flag evaluations, rollout status, and error rates; client SDKs for TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Rust, and Swift (with first-class support for React and Next.js); and Slack notifications for rollout events.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Authentication is handled by Clerk; your password is never stored by DeployRamp directly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

To use automated PR scanning and flag-injection features, you must authorize the DeployRamp GitHub App on your repositories (or provide equivalent GitLab or Bitbucket integration credentials). This authorization grants DeployRamp read access to your code and write access to pull request branches. You are responsible for ensuring this authorization complies with your organization's policies and your agreements with your Git hosting provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited uses include:

5. Intellectual Property

DeployRamp and its content, features, and functionality are owned by DeployRamp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your code and data.

Code changes generated by the DeployRamp coding agent—including feature flag wrappers, fallback paths, tracing instrumentation, and cleanup commits—are committed to your repository and become part of your codebase. DeployRamp does not claim any intellectual property rights in agent-generated code. Pull request diff content accessed during AI analysis is used solely to provide the service and is not retained.

6. Logo Rights and Publicity

By using our services, you grant DeployRamp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your company name, logo, and trademarks in our marketing materials, website, customer lists, presentations, and case studies to identify you as a DeployRamp customer. To opt out of this license, email legal@deployramp.com.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Customers on the Scale plan (and above) are entitled to a 99.9% uptime service level agreement (SLA) on the flag evaluation API only. The SLA does not cover the web dashboard, coding agent, PR scanning, rollout scheduler, cleanup agent, or Slack notifications—those components are provided on a best-effort basis. If we fail to meet the flag evaluation SLA in any given calendar month, you may request a full refund for that month by contacting sales@deployramp.com within 30 days of the end of the affected month.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployRamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, DeployRamp is not liable for any production incidents, data loss, or other damages resulting from commits pushed to your repositories by the DeployRamp coding agent that you accepted, merged, or otherwise allowed to reach production.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeployRamp from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms, including but not limited to claims arising from: (a) flag-wrapped code that was merged into your codebase and caused a production incident; (b) data you transmitted to DeployRamp via the SDK, including user traits and error context; or (c) your use of the GitHub App, GitLab, or Bitbucket integration permissions granted to DeployRamp.

10. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and DeployRamp will revoke all API keys associated with your account. You are responsible for uninstalling the DeployRamp GitHub App from your repositories and revoking any GitLab or Bitbucket integration tokens to prevent further repository access after termination.

Cancellation for non-Enterprise plans: Customers on the Free, Grow, or Scale plans may cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings in the DeployRamp dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period; you will not be charged for the following month. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Cancellation for Enterprise plans: Cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the individual agreement between you and DeployRamp. Please refer to your contract or contact sales@deployramp.com for details.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Pricing and Plan Limits

DeployRamp offers the following plans, subject to change with at least one month's prior written notice:

Billing is processed by Stripe. DeployRamp will not disable flag evaluation for an active project solely due to a usage overage or a missed payment without first providing at least 30 days’ written notice. If you exceed your plan limits or have a payment issue, we will contact you to resolve it; your service continues running during that notice period. DeployRamp reserves the right to suspend flag evaluation immediately for accounts that are more than 60 days past due, are in material breach of these Terms, or pose a risk to the security or stability of the platform. Continued use of the service after a price or plan-limit revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Data Retention

Telemetry and operational data (including error reports, flag evaluations, flag feedback, audit logs, and notifications) is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. Core account data (organization, project configuration, and feature flag definitions) is retained for as long as your account is active.

Pull request diff content is processed ephemerally and is never written to persistent storage—it is deleted immediately after AI analysis completes. Webhook event payloads received from GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket are processed and discarded; they are not stored beyond the processing window.

When you delete a project, all data associated with that project (error reports, flag evaluations, flag feedback, audit logs, and API keys) is permanently deleted immediately. Upon account termination, your remaining data is permanently deleted.

15. Third-Party Services

DeployRamp relies on third-party subprocessors to operate. A full list of subprocessors, including the purpose and data each receives, is maintained in our Privacy Policy.
